YASLA® GRP silos

YASLA® is a brand of IBT GmbH. Our silos draw on many years of experience in designing and manufacturing durable GRP and metal structures for rail, road and leisure vehicles.

More than a storage vessel

YASLA® silos are designed for the safe temporary storage of feed, grain, pellets and other bulk materials. They can be integrated into conveying and supply systems to support a reliable flow of material.

Robust construction

The multi-layer GRP shell reduces solar heat gain and helps limit condensation. Reinforced flange areas, high-strength fasteners and hot-dip galvanised steel supports provide stability and long service life.

Engineered and tested

Our design calculations take account of dead weight, stored material, wind, snow and temperature effects, including the most demanding load combinations. The calculation models have been verified through full-scale testing and deformation measurements on an actual silo.
